The main thing in this service is providing a buggy and that has not been done just because we have used an agency in between ( that is what they told us and even gave me a number to call directly next time so that they can book the buggy. Note that all others have used buggy, we were the only one left out). This is unacceptable since whether we use agency or not, i should be eligible for the same service.

It was so reassuring to be met by someone kind and there to help me . The gentleman was so polite took me through immigration quickly and also reminded them to give me an UID number which I would not have known about. He took me to the PCR test and then waited with me until my daughter arrived. I can’t speak too highly enough of him and the the service you offer.
