  We have used their service for my mother who is 65 years old. She travelled through emirates Hyd-Dubai(transit) - Arlanda and we have booked the service at every airport. We are very satisfied with the service, the porter was ready at the airport ontime. They took great care during entire process of check in, immigration, security check until they dropped till the gate. Highly recommended especially for elderly people. Also the Customer service people are always reachable for queries.
