The service was excellent, she was met at her Arrival Gate and assisted through Immigration formalities, down to Baggage Claim and though Customs to the Arrival Hall. All went off perfectly! My wife said she would recommend this service for anyone travelling alone, and/or unfamiliar with arriving at London Heathrow Airport.

The service was excellent, she was met at her Arrival Gate and assisted through Transit formalities, and to the KLM Crown Lounge (she was flying Biz Class). An hour later she was escorted from the lounge to the Departure Gate for her flight to London. All went off perfectly! My wife said she would recommend this service far anyone travelling with a 2 hour or less connection via AMS Airport.
