He duly confirmed that he would know all the assigned person details 20-30 prior to the my guest arrival but it was never shared nor informed. Although Mr. Rihaan confirmed that UAE toll number (80006512026) works 24/7, it went autonatically to a message machine when i called and no one picked up. When i tried to "sign in" to track my booking online, it lept mentioned "email already exixts" that never be able to signed in. The assigned person to escourt my guess was a decent and gentleman. Only for that i rated 3.5, otherwise, 1 star.

She travelled through emirates Hyd-Dubai(transit) - Arlanda and we have booked the service at every airport. We are very satisfied with the service, the porter was ready at the airport ontime. They took great care during entire process of check in, immigration, security check until they dropped till the gate. Highly recommended especially for elderly people. Also the Customer service people are always reachable for queries.
