  Had a fantastic experience. We ordered the Silver Meet & Greet. I accidentally gave the wrong pickup date/time and was able to contact Enas 24 hours in advance of the mistake. Abigail met us at the gate, and escorted us through check-in, immigration, baggage claim and then to the taxi service. Paying $70 USD was well worth bypassing immigration. We had a porter help us with our bags at baggage claim, and it was likely because we bypassed immigration, that the line for the taxi was quick. All in all, it took us an hour from the time we landed to arriving at our hotel. Our flight got in at 12:30am. I would definitely recommend for those who will likely be tired, new travelers, or those traveling with large parties.

  Your team took 3 days to confirm the booking, that's TOO TOO long. We all have mothers, including the founder CEO of your company. My 83 year old Mom was the passenger. Imagine the pain the uncertainty causes when you don't confirm for 3 days and I cannot book anyone else also until you confirm and my Mom who uses a wheelchair also suffers the same anxiety. Even the communication skills of your contact center who handles the WhatsApp need to improve a lot. You guys need to get your back house in order. Eventually the meeter and greeter was very good and all went smoothly, hence 2.5 stars out of 2.5 stars. 0 stars out of 2.5 stars for your admin staff for mishandling the booking.

  Very good and professional service. People are at aircraft gate on time, with a smile and take you through all the way down to your rent a car parking.
