Great service. My mother-in-law was a first time flyer travelling alone. Airport Services took very good care of her and made sure she boarded her flight. Highly recommended.

This service is a complete rip off and no value for money. What was I charged BD62+ for? The rep who met me was very polite but informed me that we would transfer by bus from T2 to T3. when we arrived in T3 she informed me that no buggies were allowed in this area. When I complained, under duress, she got a wheel chair. Then she wanted to take me straight to the gate but when I said I wanted to go to the Lounge she brought me there and returned with another man. fortunately social media is a tool which can be used very successfully in my case.

Booking is apparently easy to do it and is improved when somebody is in the chat helping you. When my guest arrived, the service was so good. Thank you
