  My mother in law was met at Changi airport by what she called a sweet, very beautiful young lady, that was Filipino and spoke her language, which made the whole experience so much easier for her. Your representative escorted Maria Ortez from arrivals to the departure lounge, and stayed to make sure she was safe and secure , she even got Maria a bottle of water. The service provided was far better than I was expecting. Very Happy..thank you.

  i use your services every time my parents coming to dubai and was always happy but last time was just shocking. My parents need assistance because they dont speak any english , last time on 12th off april Ali who was''assisting'' my mother on check in counter didnt even assist with the suitcase while 2 of us females were lifting it ,i clearly asked to be accompanied to the gate he just turnaround end left without saying anything after customs . im deeply disappointed with your services , that was not what was promissed to me
