The ground staff never contacted at the time of arrival. When I asked then I was told that the arrival service is cancelled. I chose pranaam service over you as my previous experience was good with your team. but this time highly disappointed for the arrival services. The passenger was not feeling well therefore the services were booked but he was left stranded at the time of arrival.
