  i use your services every time my parents coming to dubai and was always happy but last time was just shocking. My parents need assistance because they dont speak any english , last time on 12th off april Ali who was''assisting'' my mother on check in counter didnt even assist with the suitcase while 2 of us females were lifting it ,i clearly asked to be accompanied to the gate he just turnaround end left without saying anything after customs . im deeply disappointed with your services , that was not what was promissed to me
