If the passenger missed, greeter should have been quick to respond and look for the passenger. a refund would be in order as the service was not rendered.

Both this service for my parents because they don’t speak English and the helper got them from one flight to next flight (15 minutes the time of the service) and the helper only said where was the toilet my mom went and didn’t know how to get back. Once my mom figured out where my dad was the helper was already gone.
