I have booked with your on the purpose of not waiting , I was surprised to be booked with another passenger on economy class , which means , I went out of the plane first passenger , but I had to wait almost till most of the passengers went out of the plane since the other person that the same hostess had to take care of , went out of the plane very late, considering that the plane was almost full ( which means the seats numbers were not taken into consideration ) also to note that I had to wait for the other passenger also at all other stop points . I can say that the stop points were not a major issue but the waiting at the plane exit was really a big issue , but , especially in Covid 19 travelling period , I reserved your service , first to avoid the waiting and second to be alone with another person and not waiting in a line and be surrounded with more people . Please , I insist that the hostess and the other passenger were extremely nice and polite , but my complaint is about the purpose why I paid for your service.
