Communication was clear the person who received us was very professional and courteous. Helped with bags, guided us through immigration, customs and covid protocol. They patiently waited and loaded the bags into the car, clearly told us what to expect in the next few hours for the departing flight. The service was well worth it, but it’s not cheap either.
