  Actually the service was not good as I expected. The person who helped my mother was not committed and was late. He just left her at the front gate and did not try to help her locate our relatives.

  The service was not good as I expected. You have a problem that your agent always appeared late. You do not have many agents who speaks Arabic which was needed for my mother case. The waiting area did not have any water or refreshments. I really was expecting a better treatment.
