  I took this service for my mother, who was traveling from US to India first time. I will rate this service 5 star because entire process of transfer from International flight to connecting domestic gate was very smooth. Ms. Shivani performed all logistic activities like baggage collection, check in and immigration. I recommend this service for all travelers who do not know demography of Indian ports. Thanks. Apar

  Very much appreciated by the passenger. Few suggestions for improvement and/or consideration: 1. It will be helpful if welcome board has name in passenger’s native language as well. Not everyone can read English 2. The representative needs to account for the speed and age of the passenger while walking around the airport. Passenger feels insecure with attendant moving much ahead and that too with all documents with him
