  The boy - Parveen, who received us, I would give him 5 Star, as he was extremely good and courteous person. However when I was booking the service on the Chat. The person who spoke to me on chat was worst experience. The service was so bad that I would not even give it 1 star. The charges were exuberant. He literally bargained, I can not explain how unprofessional I felt. When you are aware you guys can not speed us through immigration, how you can quote us 1000 USD for 4 pax. Specially when you are charging for staff to receive and just walk with you till gate???? I understand you cant assist at customs. But other wise what service do you offer to charge 1000 USD for 4 pax. I will never again choose your service even though the person who received me was extremely kind boy.
