I was a bit late and they called me to check. Once i reached, she was dropped at the exit and was handed over to me.

I requested for the Transfer/Transit Bronze Meet & Greet Service at Changi airport because I was traveling with a toddler. I was happy to find a representative with my name on a placard who very kindly assisted me to the boarding gate. But there was no porter service included which was one of the main reasons for paying for such service.
