Today I faced an inconvenient situation where myself, sister and my sick mother has to wait for quite sometime at the departure parking area waiting for the greeter, I came to know that delay was because of poor communication between the driver and the greeter. Other than this everything was five starts inside the airport with an excellent support by the team.
