And this is where precisely AS excels. There customer services are fantastic. They debriefed me thoroughly about their services; clarified all my doubts; with very quick response time. Their chat link is active 24x7 and they respond to your emails in a flash. They have a good verification control to check mis-use of credit cards, which gives you alot of comfort as a customer With regard to services, they arranged an Urdu/ Hindi speaking greeter for my mom, who was at the gate 15 min before the flight landed. I had requested some "additional" instructions too which gladly accepted and carried out. The greeter was super polite, took really good care of my mother. It felt like "Tailor made" services.
