  Good morning, I am writing to express my concern and displeasure regarding my mother's experience with your meet & greet VIP service on the 12th of August 2018. The assigned greeter for my mother had failed to properly execute his initial task which is to find and meet my mother at the gate on time. So much for my disappointment, the greeter did not immediately call the contact numbers provided on the booking to get further information or clarification. My mother who is 84 years old and who is on a wheelchair service, had to wait for 20 minutes and it is Qatar Airways staff who assisted her. This incident defeats the sole purpose of why we paid 400 US dollars for your VIP service. The greeter also claimed that we did not provide the passenger’s phone number which is not true. We have provided all the details during the reservation process, please see attached for your reference. I believe that it is your responsibility to train your staff to be logical in each given situation, as for this instance, he should’ve called the provided contact numbers immediately and not wait for almost half an hour. With the facts presented above, I would like to have a full refund as your greeter had failed to seamlessly provide the expected services that we have paid for.   DEAR SIR.. GOOD DAY FROM MAJED TRAVEL FIRST OF ALL I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFORTS TO HELP US FOR ARRANGE YOUR SEVICES FOR OUR PASGRS.. BUT IN FACT THE PASGR HAS (COMPLAIN) FOR WHATS HAPPENED IN THE AIR PORT FROM YOUR STAFF IN THE AIRPORT BECAUSE ( AS THE PASGR SAID) THAT YOUR STAF IS DEALING IN REALY VERY BAD WAY WITH THE PASGR AND THEY SAID THAT YOU DIDNT HAVE ANY RESERVATION AND THE PASGR REALY GET VERY VERY UPSET IN THAT CASE..
