However, my guest was asked to take the swab test again when he arrived DUbai and the greeter did not bother to explain to the staff that my guest has the certificate for the swab test taken prior arrival into Dubai. My guest is not happy about it.

They came to pick up my Dad at arrival gate since he was travelling from Pune. Helped him to claim his baggage and then drop him at Lounge as there as 4 hours time until his next flight, after counter opened they helped him to recheckin baggage, there porter service is amazing. My Dad didnot have to pickup anything. They helped him to fill so many forms required at Delhi airport, support during immigration and then dropped into another lounge in departure area. They dropped him at Departure gate at time of boarding
