This is not what my clients are used to and they were not happy about it either. So far, the connection has gone well but there are still 2 arrivals booked so we will see how they go too.

That's too much compared to any other airport. Needless to say that Sharjah airport provides the chair free of charge if you ask for it at the check in counter. It's really disappointing!

The best part is the customer service through WhatsApp. It was very easy to communicate. On arrival we were expedited immediately and bags were already collected. It took us less than 20 min after landing and getting in our transport. I am extremely satisfied with the service.
