My parents were very comfortable - it was a breeze for them - thank you! The customer service rep was also very responsive, anytime of the day I had a question, they would respond immediately. Couple of feedback items: Would be great to know the name and number of the greeter at departure and transit days in advance instead of on the day of. Although in delhi, we didnt have the contact info of the greeter, I was still able to communicate with him via your agent immediately and in real time. Would be nice to know which service I am leaving the review for. Also, would be great if you can expand your service to SFO arrival - helping passengers from the point of deplaning. That is missing at San Francisco airport.
