They conducted themselves professionally and courteously. Made the process of immigration and BMC check of health self declaration quick and easy. Even asked me if I wanted to make a stop at duty free and facilitated that efficiently. Baggage claim and customs too. All the way to putting my bags in the car. I highly recommend this service for senior citizens and families with small children.
