An agent met my 16 year old son at Abu Dhabi airport, who was travelling alone. He had a very short layover so it was important for him to make it to his next gate without any problems. The agent knew of a shorter route to get to the gate. I was anxious because my son could not get a boarding pass for this part of the trip when he checked in. I emailed Aida from airport services customer support with this concern and she promptly assured me that the agent would be notified. She emailed me throughout my son’s journey giving me peace of mind, for which I am very grateful. I initially had some doubts about this service as I read some negative reviews - unfortunate for Airport Services as this may put people off, but my fears were allayed and my expectations were surpassed. I recommend this service and wish to extend many thanks to Customer Support for their personalised support.
