Surely I will never book again this service & will advise my large network of friends of my horrible experience and advise them not to book this company. As he met us, he took the trolley & ran to the car while we started running after him so as not to miss him. As he reached the car, he dropped the bags quickly inside the trunk & moved. The bags were not fixed properly making our experience even worse when one of the bags slide on us as he moved! I have an old lady waiting with me, that’s not professional at all.
