  We are satisfied by your service. Only one thing may I suggest that for Gates (like C16) which are far away from the lounge, the vehicle should be pre-arranged by you for the transfer. In our case you did provide the vehicle, but only after it was requested to you.

  The two guys who picked my mother up, her words " smelt lovely" and were very friendly and helpful. I do find it very sad that I had to book this because people who cannot walk far have to pay, and i think is is very expensive ! It seems to me that you are exploiting disabled people in my eyes. But the need is there i suppose, my personal opinion is that it should be free to disabled passengers.
