  Its the first time i use your airport services all the way from Dubai for my family in Muscat who needed help and attention. I requested the assistance at a short notice but you guys were beyond awesome, friendly, professional and patient. You confirmed and accepted my request at such a short notice, my family was met promptly upon they arrival to departure area entrance A although they arrived early and my family are perfectly taken care of. My family is texting me now that the service and the greeter is wonderful. Again I really can thank you all enough the whole team behind the scene to make this work for us!
