  This is a five-star rating! The service in Paris was excellent!!! It was worth every penny. A young man met me as disembarked and knew exactly where to go. The only time we had to wait was for my luggage and that was only 10 minutes. My two cats arrived safely and thankfully the AS Representative noticed that the handle on one of the cages had popped out. I was carrying a toe nail clipper so I cut the zip ties and he was able to put the handle back in to its compartment and then he helped to insert new zip ties. Plus, he thoughtfully had the baggage tag stuck to the length of the cage to avoid a potential tag loss if the handle popped out again. I am well pleased with the service in Paris!
